As the new year gets started many have promised to lose weight for the new year.
But more than half do not follow through with it. Trust me I am one of those. But this year is going to be different. I have joined a group of co-workers on "Live Healthy Texas 100 Day Challenge". We stay after work to work out. I have found that it is easier to work out with friends then by yourself. Also I have started doing the "Three Day Diet". In the past I have done this diet and it has worked for me. I went from a size 22 to a 15 in juniors. But know I am a size 18. Other co-workers are on the "Grapefruit Diet" and also have lost weight on it. This is a good diet .
Have you or any one you know tried diet pills and if so, did they work?
Many have tried using pills to lose the weight, but I have found that once you get off the pills the weight just comes back on. Sometimes you gain even more due to your body getting used to using the pills.
Then there are others that like weight loss programs.
These programs are great to do if you have the money to pay for the food and the time to go to the meetings. I did do Weight Watchers and lost about 5 to 10 lbs. I just couldn't keep up with making all the foods plus having to cook a big meal for my husband. That food just looked and smelled to good not to eat.
But like a good co-worker told me all diets work you just have to stick with it.
My questions for you are - What have you done in the past to be able to lose the weight?
What kind of diets have you tried and have they worked for you?
Don't do this.
Make sure to eat well just less then what you have.
